Professional & Ethical Standards

Users operating within regulated professional or educational environments are responsible for:

Institutional Compliance: Ensuring that their use of AI-assisted drafting tools aligns with the specific ethical codes, integrity policies, and disclosure requirements of their respective organizations.
Authorship & Oversight: Using PersoWrite as a collaborative productivity aid. Users must maintain active human oversight and take full responsibility for the final judgment, accuracy, and representation of their content.
Transparent Disclosure: Properly attributing or disclosing the use of AI assistance in the content creation process as required by the standards of their field (e.g., journalism, research, or corporate communications).
Ethical Representation: Committing to the honest presentation of their work and avoiding any application intended to deceive audiences or misrepresent the origin of information in bad faith.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use PersoWrite to:

Create or distribute misleading, false, or deceptive content
Generate spam, phishing content, or malicious material
Violate intellectual property rights or plagiarize
Create content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
Impersonate others or misrepresent authorship in bad faith
Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, including the creation of content intended to deceive audiences regarding its origin for fraudulent gain

User Responsibility

As a user of PersoWrite, you are responsible for:

Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of humanized content
Understanding the context and requirements of your use case
Respecting the rights and policies of third parties
Using the service ethically and in good faith
Acknowledging that PersoWrite is a general writing tool and is not intended to provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice
Maintaining human oversight of all content humanized by PersoWrite, as our service is a collaborative tool intended to assist, not replace, the critical judgment and final review of a human author

Fair Usage & Rate Limiting

To ensure consistent performance and fair access for all users, PersoWrite implements the following usage controls:

Request Rate Limiting

Each account is subject to a per-minute request limit based on their subscription plan. These limits prevent a single user from consuming a disproportionate share of our AI processing capacity and help us maintain low latency for everyone. If you send requests too quickly, the system will ask you to wait a short period before retrying — no data is lost, and you can simply try again after the indicated wait time.

Daily Word Limits

In addition to monthly word allowances, paid subscription plans include a daily word cap. This daily cap resets at midnight UTC and is designed to encourage consistent usage throughout the month rather than exhausting your entire monthly allowance in a single session. The daily cap is proportional to your plan's monthly allowance.

Daily limits apply to words humanized using your subscription allowance
Top-up credit packs (purchased separately) are not subject to daily limits — they can be used freely whenever your plan allowance is exhausted
Daily usage counters reset automatically at midnight UTC each day
You can view your current daily usage in your Account dashboard

These controls are applied automatically and transparently. We believe in giving users clear visibility into their limits — which is why your current daily and monthly usage is always visible in your account dashboard.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Investigate suspected violations of this policy
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
Refuse service to users who misuse our platform
