By accessing and using PersoWrite, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PersoWrite provides an AI-powered content humanization service designed to assist marketing professionals, content creators, and businesses in enhancing the tone, readability, and natural flow of digital drafts.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Not share your account with others

4. Billing & Balance

Balance System: Usage is deducted from your account in real-time. Each word processed reduces your available balance by one unit.
Subscriptions: Plans are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew unless cancelled.
Balance Top-ups: If you run out of units before your next cycle, you can purchase additional balance to avoid service interruption.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your dashboard. You will keep your remaining balance and access until the current billing period ends.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase for a refund review.

5. Usage Limits

Your subscription includes specific word limits and usage restrictions. Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or additional charges. We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies.

Monthly Word Limits: Each subscription plan includes a monthly word allowance that resets on your billing date. Free accounts have a one-time trial allowance. Words processed using top-up credit packs are separate and do not expire.

Daily Word Limits:Paid subscription plans are also subject to a daily word cap that resets at midnight UTC. Daily limits are proportional to your plan's monthly allowance and are designed to promote fair, consistent access to our AI processing resources. Top-up credit packs are exempt from daily word limits. Your current daily and monthly usage is always visible in your account dashboard.

Request Rate Limiting: To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, each account is subject to a per-minute request limit based on their subscription plan. If you exceed your request limit, you will receive a friendly notification and can retry after a short wait period. No content is lost during rate-limiting events.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. Our service, including all software, algorithms, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Legal Compliance: Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.
Intellectual Property: Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of PersoWrite or any third party, including plagiarism or unauthorized distribution.
Technical Integrity: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the service, or use automated systems (bots/crawlers) to access the service in an excessive or disruptive manner.
Institutional Integrity: Use the service to engage in academic fraud or to intentionally circumvent the established integrity policies of educational or professional institutions.
Deceptive Practices: Use the service to create content that is intentionally deceptive regarding its origin, or to engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior for fraudulent gain.
Safety & Ethics: Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination, or use the service to impersonate others in a misleading manner.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
